About The Event

Indonesia’s first international standard marathon

The Indonesia International Marathon will use the same high standards as set by the World Athletics-AIMS. The marathon is initiated by KONI (National Sports Committee of Indonesia) and we have engaged one of the best race measurers and race directors to assist with the event.

Indonesia International Marathon has adopted the concept of ‘sport tourism’ which means the race will be held every year in a different tourist destination within Indonesia. This means runners and spectators will have the opportunity to experience something new each year plus we will expose the beauty of Wonderful Indonesia to the world.

Tembus Batas Maksimal or Through the Limit tagline is an encouragement to all involved to reach new heights, both for runners, Organizers, and event supporters. Challenges to create new achievements and delivering an international standard marathon event.
